From the north:
Take the A11 Genova-Livorno motorway follow it to the Rosignano Marittimo exit. Procede on the Livorno-Grosseto superstrada towards San Vincenzo.
Follow the indications for Venturina, (paying attention to the speed limits and the speed traps) after about 5 km, before you enter into the town of Venturina, turn right at a T junction to Baratti, here the Villa Toscna is indicated follow the signs to the Villa .Passing over a flyover and a roundabout after about 5km you will find the gravel road which leads to the villa just after a yellow house on the right.

From the South
Take the Roma-Civitavecchia motorway and follow the signs to Grosseto and then Livorno; Take the exit to Venturina and follow the indications for San Vicenzo. As soon as you come out of the town of Venturina (Il Calidario Spa is on your
right) there is a turning to the left indicating Baratti. The Villa Toscana is indicated from there on (follow the same instructions as from the north).
